Vernon K. Dobine Jr was Born in Detroit, MI in 1980 to parents that divorced while he was at an early age forcing him to grow up in a single parent household for a good portion of his life. Vernon first attended Christ the king where he would grow his intellectual prowess and eventually attend Cass Technical High school where he would develop his passion for business. Vernon would later skip attending college and go into the workforce where he would gain experience, knowledge, and insight In management for almost 20 years.

 

While In the early stages of adulthood, Vernon would be blessed with two children and a short lived marriage. While going through his divorce, Vernon began writing down his emotions through poetry to not only deal with the heartbreak but release the pains and anger of life for a young adult male. While absorbing knowledge and gaining life experience as a father and a man, Vernon would re-enroll in college where he would obtain both an associates and bachelors degree in business. In 2020, Vernon created his own publishing company called Due Your Research Publishing.

 

A year later Vernon would finally self publish his first poetry book called Diarh (Dire) need Tu Speek (speak) which would entail, describe, and chronicle Vernon’s journey from a young adult male to a focused, open minded man who’s found peace in life and looks to motivate those through words, actions, and example.
